I am an audiobook narrator, adaptive yoga teacher, meditation guide, and creator of the Integrated Scar Recovery method.
Throughout my career, one theme has remained constant: helping people feel seen, heard, and connected to their own stories. That same philosophy shapes my narration work.
My background in speech and drama developed a lifelong love of storytelling, while years of teaching yoga, guiding meditation, and working one-to-one with clients have cultivated a calm presence, deep listening skills, and the ability to hold attention over extended periods. These qualities naturally translate into audiobook narration, where consistency, emotional authenticity, and listener engagement are essential.
As the founder of Integrated Scar Recovery, I work with individuals recovering from surgery, trauma, burns, and life-changing injuries. My method combines breathwork, grounding practices, hands-on scar treatment, movement, and guided meditation to support the whole person rather than focusing solely on physical recovery.
Working closely with people during vulnerable moments has given me a profound appreciation for resilience, personal transformation, and the power of human stories. These experiences inform my narration, particularly in memoir, wellness, self-development, and reflective non-fiction.
I record and produce audiobooks and guided meditations from my home studio using Audacity, delivering clean, professional audio while maintaining clear communication throughout the production process.
When I'm not narrating, I continue to support clients through private Integrated Scar Recovery sessions and educational workshops, teaching practical tools for breath regulation, self-massage, movement, and meditation.
Whether I am guiding a listener through a meditation, supporting a client's recovery journey, or bringing an audiobook to life, my aim is the same: to create an experience that feels genuine, grounded, and deeply human.
